Meet the Founder
Hi, my name is Diana, and I am a self-employed proofreader and the founder of ProofIt Proofreading. Not to sound too cliché, I love what I do and am here to help with all your proofreading needs.
Over the years, I’ve held various educational roles shaping my skills as an expert proofreader and copyeditor. I’ve always had a keen attention to detail and a passion for language, helping others communicate their ideas clearly and effectively.
Before becoming a self-employed proofreader, I taught English in China—a journey that revealed my true calling in academic English proofreading and business proofreading. My family and I moved to China together—my husband, son, and daughter.
While we were there, my daughter started an Asia travel blog. That experience sparked my interest in blogging, copyediting, and proofreading. Working together, we grew the blog to over 10,000 page views, and in 2020, it won an award for Best Asia Travel Blog.
